At the time of vehicle handover, all renters must sign a detailed Supercar Rental Agreement outlining usage terms, insurance coverage, and liability. A security deposit is required for all rentals. All renters must be 18 years of age or older. Individual renters must present a valid driver’s license, passport, and photo ID, while corporate clients must also submit company registration documents, tax details, and authorized signatory ID. Annexes include a vehicle condition report, deposit form, and any agreements for additional services or equipment.

2. Driving License and AgeThe renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid local or international driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. This requirement applies to all rentals of vehicles classified under Group A, B, C, and D at the time of signing the rental agreement.

3. PricesRental prices include regular maintenance and third-party liability insurance in accordance with legal policy limits. Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. Please note that 18% VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included in the listed prices. Additional services such as chauffeur-driven vehicles and translator guides are available upon request and charged separately.

4. PaymentsThe total rental fee must be paid in full at the time of vehicle delivery to confirm the booking. The minimum rental duration is 24 hours. Should the renter return the vehicle later than the agreed time, an additional charge of one-third (1/3) of the daily rental rate per hour will apply. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, it will be considered a full extra rental day and charged accordingly.
A security deposit is required prior to or at the time of vehicle handover to cover potential damages or violations. Payments can be made securely via bank transfer. Customers opting to pay with cryptocurrency are eligible for a 5% discount on the total rental fee. -
5. DeliveryDelivery is free of charge within the city where our Rent-a-Car office is located. Vehicle delivery to hotels, workplaces, stations, ports, or other specified locations within this city is available with prior notice.
For deliveries or returns outside the city or country where our office is based, a delivery fee of €0.20 per kilometer will be charged, calculated from the original rental location.
